Paddy advises businesses and governments globally on geopolitical, regulatory and technology risks. He is a Senior Advisor at Brunswick Group and a member of the Advisory Committee of the UK’s Counter Terrorism Reinsurance body PoolRe.

Previously Paddy was Intelligence Security and Resilience Adviser to successive British Prime Ministers overseeing National Risk Assessment and response and recovery from all hazards and threats including Terrorism, Cyber and action by Hostile States.

Paddy served in the Foreign Service leading variously on Counter Terrorism, Cyber, the Middle East, Iran, and Counter Proliferation with postings in Yemen, UAE, Egypt and Italy.
